Coaching is a powerful dialogue- and action based experience that supports you in taking personalised steps to achieve your maximum potential, attain your performance goals and measure the results.

Most importantly, coaching enables you to connect to your deepest beliefs and values, so that you can have a bigger, more positive impact in the world. The focus of coaching is the active consideration of the present and the vision of the future. When you look up from the ground the sky is the limit!

I recommend that clients work with me for two sessions a month for a minimum of 3 months, however for deep, lasting change, clients benefit from working with me for 6-9 months.
