Be playful.

Live a creative life.

Dr. Russya Connor

The Creative Philosopher

Hi, I am Dr Russya Connor,

They call me the Creative Philosopher.
I think deeply. I play seriously. I explore the places where imagination becomes embodied knowing. I believe in responding to challenges and complexities in playful, critical, and authentic ways.

My work centres on deep play – a mindset that transforms how people adapt, collaborate, innovate and engage with complexity. Deep play invites access to creativity that is  innovative, and responsive to the living moment.

Drawing from research and practice as a scholar, performer, dramatherapist, and coach,

I bring systemic, embodied, and action-based approaches that help people Think, Feel, and Behave differently – expanding their potential for action.

I am committed to creativity and co-creation as a way of living.

This is creativity as strategy.
Co-creation as culture.
Playfulness as innovation.

If you’re ready to expand possibility — whether in your organisation, your leadership, or your life — let’s explore what becomes possible.
